Good and safe working conditions in the ML-2009-Consult Ltd.

The project aims to improve the working environment "ML-Consult-2009" Ltd, by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and reflects positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. The project will help provide opportunities for introducing flexible working arrangements to reconcile work and private lives of employees, and for a longer stay in employment of older workers. Will introduce new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management. By providing better and safer working conditions aims to expand the scope and quality of services in the "ML-Consult-2009" Ltd forms of employment with which to ensure the reconciliation of work and family life of employees with focus on working women with young children and employees over 54 years of age. For this purpose is planned to modernize working methods by investing in human resources company. To achieve the set objectives will be implemented the following activities: "Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise"; "Providing resources for collective defense, associated with improving working conditions"; "Purchase of PPE and special clothing"; "Acquisition of standards for safe working conditions"; "Providing benefits to workers by equipping the dining areas, recreation and sport in the enterprise." The project provides activities for organization and project management, as well as in information and publicity.
