Improving the working environment, providing good and safe working conditions and conditions for professional development of employees in the "Jordan Mishev" AD

The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment and quality of jobs in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions, implementation of an effective system for managing human resources, modernization of collective and personal protective equipment, updating the standard for safety labor and improve living conditions for eating. The planned project and main targets will be achieved by implementing the following activities and measures: Activity 1: Activities for organization and management of the project; Activity 2: Activities for information and publicity; Activity 3: Development, adaptation and implementation of an integrated system for human resources development and introduction of innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection; Action 4: Modernisation and safety of existing facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; Activity 5: Perform construction and repairs for modernization and safety of existing facilities and equipment related to improving working conditions; Activity 6: Purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing; Activity 7: Recertified of integrated system for managing health and safety standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007; Action 8: Delivery of modernized equipment and inventory for workers' canteen.
