SPEED - Systematic and competent care for workers through company transport in Liebherr Hausgeräte Marica Ltd.

This project proposal developed by the Applicant Liebherr-Hausgerate Marica EOOD complies fully with the priorities of the OP HRD Priority 1 "Improving access to employment and job quality" and Investment Priority 7 "Adaptation of workers, businesses and entrepreneurs to change". Basic activities: 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development and introduction of innovative models of work organization 2. Ensuring organized transport to and from the workplace 3. Training of employees on specific health risks at working palces, the methods and tools of their reduction and prevention 4. Activities for selecting contractors under Decree 118/20.05.2014 5. Activities for the project organization and project management 6. Activities for information and publicity The project will enhance geographical mobility of employees. It will achieve sustainable employment and will allow to keep working places. The training will ensure good and safe working conditions and enhance the quality of jobs. Through the implementation of the main activities will increase labor productivity in the organization and will extend the working life of older workers over 54 years. The project proposal actively contribute to the objectives of the OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, and the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and the achievement of economic, social and territorial cohesion "Europe 2020". The developed project complements measures to support increased productivity and environmental protection - ecologically sustainable and resource-efficient economy. All project activities ensure the implementation all three horizontal principles.
