Providing of healthy and safety work environment in REFRAN Ltd.

With this project proposal "REFRAN Ltd." applies to improve the working environment by harmonizing the working environment in order to protect the health and safety of the employees. This project proposal envisages to implement measures related to identified needs of the target group that can be achieved through planned activities in the project proposal including: 1. Organization and Management; 2. Publicity and visualization; 3. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development; 4. Ensuring organized transport employees to and from work; 5. Introduction of funds to collective defense; 6. Provide special clothing and personal protective equipment; 7. Re-certification by BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 As a result of the measures taken will improve the quality of life and working conditions of employees in the enterprise entities will reduce health risks and work accidents, which in turn will reflect positively on productivity and contribute to creating conditions for improving access to employment and job quality. The implementation of the planned activities include innovative models of work organization and measures for environmental protection, including the reduction of noise, vibration and production waste. The project proposal includes a target group of 22 employees, including eight employees over 54, and one person with a disability and will contribute to the implementation of investment priorities and specific objectives of the HRD OP: Investment Priority 7 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to changes "; Specific objective 1 "Increasing the number of covered employees in companies that have introduced new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources and improve the organization and working conditions."
