This project is aimed at improving the working environment "Zapryanov-03" Ltd by: Providing a good and safe working conditions, increasing the efficiency of the labor process and human resource management. Creating preconditions for increasing labor productivity, rational use of labor and material resources and reduce pressure on the environment; Providing quality and modern Personal protective equipment (PPE), special work clothes (SWC) and collective protection in accordance with risk assessment and limiting occupational accidents; Providing organized transport for employees, consistent with the working time and their place of residence; Improving adaptability and promote mobility of employees commuting to and from work, but are unable to use public transport; Planned activities for the project: Action 1: Development, adaptation and implementation of a system, improving human resource management and development in "Zapryanov-03" Ltd; Activity 2: Provide organized transportation to and from work for employees; Activity3: Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees through: 3.1.Providing a staff for collective protection. 3.2.
