Improving the quality of the work positions in DI AY DI- BUILDING Ltd., Shumen by providing good and safe working conditions

The current project proposal is aimed at improving the working conditions in "D I D Building" LTD, Shumen, by providing good and safe working conditions, improving the quality of work positions and increasing the productivity. "D I D Building" LTD, Shumen was founded in 2004. The company is specialized in construction - dry interior and exterior construction and related additional activities (painting, plastering, wiring and other). The additional activity is focused on wholesale of construction materials. The company has its own base, incl. store with office space. The company employs 13 people, incl. 1 self-employed, divided into administrative - 6 persons and manufacturing sector- 7 persons. Two of them are over 54 years old and one of the elder workers is with disability. For the achieving of the company's purposes, the following project activities will be implemented: 1. Forming a project management team; 2. Developing and implementing a system for human resources development, incl. flexible forms of employment and job rotation for optimizing the work process and extending the elder employees's working life. Purchase of the required specialized software to implement the activity; 3. Buying devices for collective defence and improving the ergonomics at work; 4. Buying personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialized working clothes, providing maximum defense for the employees' life and health; 5. Certification to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System; 6. Providing good working conditions and recreation for the employees by buying an equipped waggon for rest. Providing and equipping a room for recreation for the employees; 7. Providing project information and publicity.
