This project will meet the needs of providing adequate mechanisms for prevention of occupational and health risks in ZMM Nova Zagora AD. The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment in ZMM Nova Zagora, by providing good and safe working conditions and effective systems of work organization. The specific objectives of the project are: - To increase the motivation and satisfaction of employees by introducing measures with a direct social effect - a system for access control and reporting system of working time; - To increase production efficiency and labor productivity in the company by buying higher quality and more advanced personal protective equipment, special clothing; - Reduce the number of occupational accidents and diseases through the purchase of collective redress; - To improve the quality of life and work in ZMM Nova Zagora by providing benefits for employees. Selected target group includes 135 company employees, including 67 persons over 54 years and 3 people with disabilities. The included activities will improve the working conditions and quality of jobs for these persons and will have a direct impact on the growth of their commitment. The project provides active policy in the field of environmental protection. As a result, the project will improve productivity and introduce new practices in social policy and responsibility of the company; will improve the quality of work and will provide maximum protection for employees. Project activities are as follows: organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the introduction of HRMS, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, collective protection, repair and equipping of facilities for dining, rest, sport and access for people with disabilities.
