Support for the labour mobility of the employees of "Pirin tex Production" EOOD

"Pirin tex Production" EOOD submits this project proposal as an applicant in the grant procedure BG05M9OP001-1.008 "GOOD AND SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS" under Priority Axis 1"Improving the access to employment and the quality of jobs", Area of intervention 106 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and enterpreneurs to change". The activities, foreseen in the project proposal, relate to the geographic mobility of the personnel living in places different from the place of location of the enterprise (town of Gotse Delchev). The projected activities aim at providing organized transport to those employees of "Pirin tex Production" EOOD, who commute everyday to and from their working place and don't have the possibility to use public transportation, thus ensuring conditions for them to retain their employment and labour income. Moreover, the project will contribute to the setup of efficient work organization in "Pirin tex Production" EOOD corresponding adequately to the dynamics of the labour market and to the new challenges in the context of Bulgaria's membership in the EU. The project implementation will optimize the working process and will lead to increase of labour productivity and competitiveness of the company, which is of key importance for the economy and the level of employment of the whole region. Through the measures for promotion of labour mobility the project will also contribute to the improvement of the working conditions in "Pirin tex Production" EOOD by providing the employer with the opportunity to ensure relevant to the needs of the personnel social benefits in the form of transport, which is fully accordant with the working time and place of living of the employees. This will be reflected by the optimal time for transportation to and from the working place, and also by the reduction of the need for use of personal vehicles.
