Improvement of the Working Conditions and Fringe Benefits at Arsenal JSCo.

The draft proposal aims at the further improvement of the working conditions and occupational safety at Arsenal JSCo. For achieving this goal, the following activities are included in the draft proposal: - Development and introduction of a system for human resources development in the company on the basis of innovative models for labour organization directed to enhancement of labour productivity and environmental conservation, including capabilities for flexible forms of occupation, easier combining of professional, family and personal life, as well as measures for extension of the working life of elderly workers and employees. - Providing collective protection resources for improvement of the working conditions through upgrade of the occupational ergonomics. - Procurement of personal protection equipment and special working wear. - Providing fringe benefits for the employees through furnishing of dining halls. As a result of the project implementation, the following will be achieved: - Innovative models for labour organization will be introduced, directed towards the enhancement of labour productivity and environmental conservation, including steps towards flexible forms of occupation, easier combining of professional, family and personal life, as well as extension of the working life of elderly workers and employees. - The occupational ergonomics at the manufacturing facilities of the Company’s Plants 2, 3 and 4 will be improved. - The occupational health and safety will be improved through providing the employees with high-quality personal protection equipment and special working wear. - New fringe benefits will be provided for the employees through furnishing of new dining halls.
