Safety Labour in ZIMP Plc.

The purpose of this project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. This objective will achieved by realization of the following activities: 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in enterprises, incl. opportunities for flexible forms of employment for optimization of work processes. 2. Providing collective protective equipment 3. Purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE) and special personal protective clothing 4. Training employees on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention 5. Publicity and visualization 6. Organization and Management 7. Provision of social benefits for employees - repair and equipment of a relaxation place. 8. Implementation an certification of international standard BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Implementation of the project will achieve: - Investment in equipment, facilities and processes, and improving the organization of work, improving working conditions, creating conditions for increasing productivity and reducing the number of accidents and risks in the workplace; - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development; - Analysis of employment; Training of employees in topics related to health and safety at work; - Ensure systematic and sustainable approach to development and management of activities in health and safety at work in the enterprise; - Increasing production efficiency and labor productivity by creating conditions for rational use and organization of labor, material and financial resources.
