Improving the quality of the working places in Water supply and Canalization Sliven Ltd.

The project by procedure "OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY-BG05M9OP001-1.008" aims to improve the quality of the working places in “Water supply and canalization” Sliven Ltd. Project activities: 1. Organization and Project Management 2. Awareness and publicity 3. Development, adaptation and introduction of systems for human resource management, Optimization of the working process so that people could be able to balance between work and private life and also to extend the working life of employees that are above 54 years old. In order to increase the productivity and help to preserve the environment the introduction of innovative organization of the working process in the enterprise is essential. 4. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees - providing collective protection measures for protection. 5. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees-purchase of special working clothing and personal protective equipment. 6. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees- training of the employees at “Water supply and canalization” Sliven Ltd. concerning the specific health risks. 7. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees-ensuring collective protecting measures , securing the existing facilities connected with the protection against adverse climate. 8. Ensuring social benefits for the employees- areas for eating in compliance with the specific working conditions. 9. Enabling access for people with disabilities The planned activities in the project will help to improve the effectiveness of the working process and to adapt the employees ' motivation to work.
