Good and safe working conditions 2016

This project's main objective is to improve the working environment and quality of working places in the Company by implementing the following sub-objectives: 1) introduction of a system of personnel development, incl. Innovative efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will improve the quality of working places, 2) to improvement and provision of health and safety at work, 3) provision of social benefits for workers in the company. The company meets the eligibility requirements, has experience in implementation of activities similar to those included in the proposal. The proposed project leader has successful experience in projects over ten years to implement more than 55 projects. Representatives of the target group are employed persons - 87 persons more than 50% of the total number incl. people over 54 and people with disabilities. There will be implemented measures to protect the environment. The total costs of the project and the grant is 151 880 lev at 100% grant. The following activities wil be implemented - A1: Develop and implement a system for human resources development - 12 000 lv; - A2, A3, A4 and A5: Providing safety and healthy working conditions -117 200 lv.; - A6: Ensuring social benefits - 6000 lv.; - A7: Organization and Management - 15180 lv., - A8: Information and Publicity - 1500 lv. The project costs are effective, efficient and economical - they are following the structure of the budget and requirements of the scheme. The project is in accordance with and implements the three horizontal principle of HRD OP. The term is 15 months (but not later than 31.12.2018). Place of performance - Bulgaria. There are introduced performance indicators and result indicators as required.
