Providing better working conditions in MATHIOS AD

This project will meet the needs of providing adequate mechanisms for prevention of occupational and health risks in MATHIOS AD. The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment in "MATHIOS" AD by providing good and safe working conditions and effective forms of work organization and human resources in the company. The specific objectives of the project are: - To reduce the number of occupational accidents and diseases and to increase the efficiency of production through the purchase of personal protective equipment and clothing and collective protection; - To promote geographical mobility of workers and create prerequisites for maintaining employment of employees; - To increase safety in the workplace, motivation and satisfaction of employees by introducing a system for access control and time attendance and software in the field of human resources management; - To improve the quality of life and work by providing benefits to employees and people with disabilities; The selected target group corresponds to the number employed in the enterprise - 93 people, 16 persons over 54 years and 5 persons with disabilities. The included activities will improve the working conditions and quality of jobs for these persons and will have a direct impact on the growth of their commitment. The project provides implementation and active policy for environmental protection and resource efficiency. Project activities are as follows: organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the selection of contractors and purchase of personal protective equipment and clothing, collective protection, equipment, intangible assets, organized transport for employees and making construction repairs and access for people with disabilities.
