,,Better working conditions for employees in ,,Hydrosystem''LTD

The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment in the enterpris by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterpris. Providing opportunities for introduction of flexible forms of employment will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private lives of employees, and also to a longer stay of older workers in employment. In order to achieve these objectives the following activities will be performed during the implementation of the project proposal: Activity 1 of the application requirements Development, adapting and implementation of systems for human resources development in the enterpris – a Strategy for human resources development. Establishing measures for staff development in terms of career management, planning and implementation of measures for lifelong learning - job rotation and validation of knowledge. Activity 3 of the application requirements: Purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE) and clothing. Purchase of 6 pieces mobile aspiration systems for welding cells and 4 pieces mobile aspirations for emery. Activity 4 of the application requirements Provision of social benefits for employees, incl. furnishing of dining and resting places. Activities for publicity and visualization. Project organization and management. It is envisaged the project to be implemented for a period of 10 months. The target group of the project are all people working at “Hydrosystem” LTD. The total project cost is 235 743.96 BGN. The percentage of the grant requested is 80 %.
