The "GOOD AND HEALTHY WORKPLACES FOR ALL AGES" aims to improve the working environment and working conditions in the mining enterprise GORUBSO - MADAN JC focusing on the introduction of a system to develop human resources to optimize business processes and introducing practices extending the working life of older workers, providing organized transport, means of collective protection to secure a portion of the mineral areas provide personal protective equipment and special clothing, and supplementing social benefits for workers by purchasing new equipment for places to eat. The project also envisages the provision of specific measures to promote development in the field of environmental policy, policy on climate change, resource efficiency, improving access for people with disabilities and carry out publicity activities and project management.
