The project of the company will develop in three main aspects: Improving work organization, improve safety and health at work and improving the working conditions of employees' University Hospital for Active Treatment "TSARITSA YOANNA-ISUL" EAD It will be provided several key activities for achieving predefined results in these three areas. To achieve a healthy work environment is necessary to make a ventilation system of the room with the large temperature changes to improve the micro climate, as to reach the normal operating levels, due to BS 14776. Employees of the company will repair and adapt a suitable place for rest and nutrition, in which will be bought the necessary equipment for these activities. It will be created and implemented a new model of work organization, which will pass through several stages. As a result will be identified the weaknesses of organization, coordination and management guidance to employees and their duties and will adapt a new model of work, according to the activity of the company, its employees and their needs. The established model will introduce positive changes, adding measures and valuation allowances against current state, which will lead to improved labor productivity and more satisfied employees. The project provides an information campaign to promote the objectives and stages of their implementation and results of the project. This will ensure transparency in the implementation of activities and selection of contractors.
