The project will be accomplished in the Northern central region. The project’s target are all employees in the company, with particular attention to employees over 54 years. The project’s activities aim the improving of the working environment by providing a good and safe working conditions and developing a system for managing human resources including organizational practices and models for efficient and flexible forms of work organization, with a focus on implementing solutions to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and private life. The project provides conditions for promoting the geographical mobility of the employees in the company and encourage the employees of “Zaharni zavodi " AD who are traveling from other places, to maintain their employment and labor income in the enterprise. The project provides activities to ensure collective protection means, personal protective equipment and social benefits for the employees. In the elaboration process of the system for human resources development will be provided measures to increase labor productivity and practices for effective action for environmental protection. The planned activities and goals of the project correspond to the priorities set in the Axis 1 “Improving access to employment and job quality” of OP “Human resources development”. In accordance with the legal requirements and consultation with the Contracting Authority will recruit and conclude contracts with service providers and providers of activities included in the project. To ensure the publicity of the project the team responsible for managing of the project will implement a set of activities to inform the employees and the public for the project’s purposes, the source of funding and expected results of its implementation. There are 7 activities planned in the project. The project cost amounts to 152 732,52 BGN which 41 546,50 BGN (27.20%) own funding and 111 186,02 BGN grants (72.80%).
