New system for human resources development and improvement of working conditions

I. General objectives of the project are through planned activities to achieve: Provide good, safe and healthy working conditions by achieving:  Better working environment in enterprises  Introduction of new, efficient and flexible organization of working models and systems for human resources management  Improve the quality of jobs that would reflect positively on labor productivity in enterprises and environmental protection II. Specific objectives – they are aimed at solving the problems of the target group:  Introducing a system for managing human resources  Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees by means of collective protection and PPE  Providing benefits for workers III. Main activities for achieving the objectives: 1. Organization and management of the project 2. Information and publicity of the project 3. Introduce a system of human resource development - Introducing an innovative model of work organization 4. Providing means of collective protection-microclimate and ergonomics 5. Providing new and modern PPE and special clothing 6. Training for specific health risks at the individual work place 7. Provision of social benefits for workers IV. Results to achieve through planned activities: 1. Employed persons included in the project - 33 2. Introduced system for human resources management 3. Approved means of collective protection (microclimate)-thermal insulation suspended ceiling 4. Upgraded tools for healthy working conditions-ergonomic jobs-9 pcs 5. Provided new and modern PPE and special clothing – for 33 persons 6. Trained employees for specific health risks-33 persons 7. Provided equipped room for dining, recreation and sport 8. Implemented measures in the field of environmental policy
