Healthier and safer labour conditions in “MIG Engineering” Ltd

Current project realization is targeting further raising of labour productivity in “MIG Engineering” Ltd, by the means of creating and introduction of innovative model for human resources government, improving of health status, raising safety conditions and creatiion of better conditions for nutrition and rest in behalf of workers. By the means of activity No 1- Working out, adapting and introducing of human resources development system in “MIG Engineering” Ltd, the innovative model for human resources government will help to be increased the labour productivity and will allow nature to improve. The new system will ensure togetherness of private, family and professional life of younger workers, as well as the workers and ministries over 54 years old. The new system will give a possibilities of increasing the working lifetime of workers and ministries over 54 years in “MIG Engineering” Ltd. On the base of healthy risk assessement, appropriate measures will be appointed and action plan will be decided, aiming decreasing of harmful human impact towards the nature. By the means of activity No 2- Ensuring of health and safety labour conditions and professional and healthy improvement status of the workers and ministers in “MIG Engineering” Ltd, new and more sustainable personal safety measures and special working clothes will be bought and the risks of labour incidents and common diseases will be decreased. Parapets will be supplied and this way the risks of labour incidents will be further decreased. By the activity No 3- Ensuring of social acquisitions in behalf of people, working in “MIG Engineering” Ltd, nutrition and rest conditions will improve, because of refit and furnishing two nutrition and rest rooms- in the working bases in Plovdiv and in Tsalapitsa. Five mobile nutrition rooms will be furnished and access for persons with disabilities will be granted. Publicity and visualization and project management activities will be granted.
