"Good and safe working conditions in "AQ ELECTRIC " AD"

“AK ELEKTRIK” AD is a company specializing in design and manufacturing of electrical panels for monitoring and control of machines and equipment, complete distributional systems for low, medium and high voltage, designed to produce and distribute electricity. The company is also the employer of 498 people – target group of the present project. The project’s general purpose is “To improve the working environment in “AK ELEKTRIK” AD by providing better and safer working conditions, efficient and flexible forms of labor organization and human resource management resulting in improved quality of the employment and increased labor productivity in the company.” The following activities are planned to be implemented under the draft proposal of the project: Activity 1: Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the company as a result of which the company shall implement systems for human resource development including working processes optimization using flexible form of employment and methods for easier balancing the professional, family and personal life as well as extending the work life of older officers and employees, innovative models of labor organization shall be implemented which target should be productivity increase and environmental preservation. Activity 2: Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the officers and employees – under which the company plans to purchase collective means of protection (sub-activity 1) and PPE and working clothes (sub-activity 2); Activity 3: Project organization and management resulting in secured efficient organization of the project implementation; Activity 4: Information and publicity as a result of which there shall be provided means of information and publicity in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the implementation of information and communication regulations 2014-2020.
