Optimization of human capital and improve health and safety at work "ITA Bulgaria" LTD

The main activity of "ITA Bulgaria" Ltd. has been manufacturing wood products. The company's production is export-oriented and tailored entirely to environmental protection. The management team of the company is convinced that safety and health are a major concern for employers, especially if they want to compete on the European and world market, to apply modern principles of management based on corporate social responsibility. The company operates in full accordance with the provisions of Bulgarian legislation and comply with generally accepted standards of safety and health at work. The project aims to upgrade operations performed so far on providing safe and healthy conditions of work and plans the following activities: 1. Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for human resources development, incl. opportunities for flexible forms of employment and job rotation. 2.Provide safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees The target group of the project proposal involves all 101 employees employed in "ITA Bulgaria" EOOD, divided into main categories: administration, management personnel and personnel engaged in production. Given that the company is a company employing high level of safety and health at work (already implemented a project on "Safe Work" OPHRD 2007-2013.) Expectations and attitudes of its activities in this area are high. This project will complement activities carried out to date and will provide an opportunity to reach the maximum level of safety would help prevent accidents, reduce the cost of absenteeism from work and treatment of staff and last but not least will build on the efforts of management in the direction of providing a safe and healthy working conditions for workers and the promotion of the seriousness and importance of this kind of activities.
