The project envisages improvement of working conditions and safety in Marvel-CNC machines Ltd. through several key activities. One is developing methodologies to introduce programs and measures to optimize business processes, introducing flexible working hours and osavmestyavane personal and professional life, as well as introducing practices to extend the working life of employees and in particular of 5 persons over '54 Labor organization will be significantly improved by the purchase and deployment of software for human resources management.
