Providing a good and safe working conditions for workers in Standard profile Bulgaria EAD

Standard Profile Bulgaria EAD is a large enterprise for production of rubber seals for cars, with nearly 1,200 workers and employees. The production base is located in the city of Stara Zagora. The company is developing rapidly and expanding its staff annually, which is the most valuable resource. Therefore, it is particularly important to create a favorable and safe working environment for employment. For the health of workers have undertaken a number of measures that are outlined in this project. Its main objective is to improve the working environment by putting in place effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources and improving the quality of jobs by providing good and safe working conditions, leading to increased productivity. This objective can be achieved through the implementation of four specific objectives: 1) Introduction of innovative models of work organization through the use of ICT for development and management of human resources; 2) Promoting geographical mobility of the workforce and maintain employment; 3) Improve the quality of jobs for the health and live protection of employees; 4) Creating conditions for increasing productivity through of care for the physical condition of the workers. For their achievement will be implemented four main activities: 1. Development of new modules and add functionality to the electronic system for HRD; 2. Providing organized transport for workers from other places to work; 3. Provide collective and personal protective equipment and special clothing as well to create good and safe working conditions; 4. Providing an opportunity for active sport of workers; and 2 auxiliary activities: Information and Publicity, and Organization and management of the project. The result will be upgraded existing HRD system, will be provided transportation, personal protective equipment and special clothing to target groups and will be provided opportunities for physical activity of workers.
