This project's main objective is to improve the working environment and the quality of working places in the company, by implementation of the following sub-objectives: 1) introduction of a system of personnel development, incl. innovative, efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will improve the quality of working places; 2) improve and ensure healthy and safe working conditions; 3) provision of social benefits. The company meets the eligibility requirements, has experience in implementation of activities similar to those included in the proposal. The proposed project leader has successful experience in projects for more then ten years with more than 55 sucessfully implemented projects. Representatives of the target group are employed people - 13 persons more than 50% of the total number incl. also people aged over 54. Measures will be implemented to protect the environment. The total cost of the project and the grant is 57 760 BGN. There are - A1: Preparation and implementation of a system for human resources development - 9 000 BGN; A2 and A3 Provision of safe and healthy working conditions -37 710 BGN and A4: Provision of benefits - 4280 BGN; A5: Organization and management - 5 770 BGN. A6 Information and publicity - 1 000 BGN. The project costs are effective, efficient and economical, following the structure of the budget and the requirements of the scheme. The project is in synchron and in conformity with the three horizontal principles of HRD OP, the term is 15 months (but not later than 31.12.2018). Place of performance - Bulgaria. It will introduce performance indicators and result indicators as required.
