Healthy and safe working environment for a secure, tranquile and effective work in Tsvetina- Mezdra Ltd.

Safe and quality working conditions are not only a legal requirement, but they can be a powerful catalyst for innovation and higher productivity. The practice in recent decades shows that good working conditions are not luxury but management practice that has gained significant importance for the development of every prosperous business. The project includes activities related to the optimization of the HR management and development system through introduction of new organizational practices for environmental protection by improving resource efficiency and extending the working life of older employees; specific occupational risks training for the employees; purchase of new higher-end special clothing, personal and collective protection for safer working to replace depreciated and inefficient ones;organization and management; project information and publicity.It will provide equipment necessary for furnishing of rooms for staff relaxation and dining and measures to improve access for a disabled employee. The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment in Tsvetina- Mezdra Ltd., by providing better and safer working conditions and introduction of effective forms of organization and better culture for safer work. The target group of the project includes all 45 employees of the company, 9 persons over 54 years and 1 person with disabilities. The expected results are related to improved labor conditions and increased productivity in the company and introduction of new practices of social policy and responsibility of the company, increased quality of work and provision of maximum protection for the employees. The project contributes to the accumulation of more experience of the Company in providing and management of occupational health and safety. Consequently, this would have significant importance in the prevention of occupational accidents, occupational diseases and psycho - social issues related to the working environment.
