Improving labor conditions in Metalika Ltd.

The project is aimed at improving working conditions and risk prevention in Metallica LTD. The target group are 114 persons on contracts of which 48 persons within the target age group over 54. The management of the company constantly strives to improve working conditions and increase worker safety, improve quality of jobs and increase their sustainability. This will ensure a positive impact on labor productivity in the enterprise. The project proposal contains activities: Work and project management; -Providing Information and publicity; -Introduction Systems developed human resources, incl. flexible forms of employment, prolonging working lives and easier reconciliation of private and professional life and the introduction of innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection; -Providing of personal protective equipment and clothing; -Providing a means for safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees in manufacturing facilities for welding Metallica Ltd; -Providing a means for collective defense and for safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees in the work area for painting in Workshop 2 - Zaykovi mandri Metallica Ltd; -Providing Social benefits to employees Metallica Ltd; -Re-certificate by BS OHSAS 18001: 2007. As a result of the project will improve the quality of life and working conditions of employees in the enterprise entities will reduce health risks and work accidents, which in turn will reflect positively on productivity. The rate of occupational injuries consistent with the code of business of the company is 1.20.
