Improving the work conditions at Arda Ruse OOD

The project aims at improvement of the work environment at Arda Ruse OOD by providing good and safe working conditions, enhancing the quality of the work places at the organization, aiming at increasing the labor productivity, including ensuring social benefits for the employees of the company in the view of the management policy for development of the corporate social responsibility. The need of additional safe proof of work environment in the organization and improving the social conditions at Arda Ruse will be satisfied by the actual implementation of the project’s results in the corporate work practice via the following activities: Activity 1(A1) Organization and project management; Activity 2(A2) Information and publicity; Activity 3(A3) Ensuring healthy and safe work conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees via providing personal and collective protective equipment and work wear; Activity 4(A4) Providing social benefits to the employees via construction work for modernization and reconstruction via repair of dining hall and kitchen; Activity 5(A5) Providing social benefits for the employees, including repair and furnishing the dining hall and kitchen. The results of the project are focused at improving the safety and work environment of Arda Ruse’s employees via providing good and safe work conditions, improving the quality of the employment places, providing social benefits for the company’s employees and improving the labor productivity and resource efficiency. It is expected the taken actions to contribute to the implementation of priority area 9 of EU Strategy for Danube Region. The target group is composed of 245 people representing the hired personnel of Arda Ruse OOD until the moment of application.
