Improved working conditions in IHB Metal Castings AD

The project proposal will satisfy the need for ensuring adequate mechanisms for prevention of occupational and health risks in IHB Metal Castings AD. The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment in IHB Metal Castings AD, by introducing new processes for safe and healthy working conditions and instruments for the promotion of human resources and work organization. The target group includes all 65 employees of the company, as people over 54 years involved in the project are 21, and people with disabilities - 5. As a result of the project, will be improved productivity and will be introduced new practices in social policy and responsibility of the company, will be improved the quality of work and will be providen maximum protection for employees. Project activities are: organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the introduction of system for human resource development, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, collective protection, repair and equip of the dining and rest room, room for sport and accessible environment for people with disabilities. The project contributes directly and for protection of the environment, because the dust produced in manual cleaning that remain on the floor of the workshop and the castings themselves, and which go beyond the premise of the foundry through the open doors, will be eliminated and will have no environmental pollution. Moreover, the dust will be collected in bags, directly to the industrial vacuum cleaner, then wrapped will be transmitted to the company processing waste.
