Improving safety and working conditions in "Ceramic Group Bulgaria" Ltd.

The project aims to improve the working environment in the company candidate by providing better and safer working conditions. This will be achieved by introducing effective and innovative forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will contribute into improving the quality of jobs directly and will reflect positively on the labor productivity in enterprises. Also, the goal will be achieved through the purchase of PPE SWAs and collective protective equipment. Existing and introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management, investing in safe and healthy working conditions, aims to provide a more productive, safe and healthy working conditions. The company will conduct activities for certification to the standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators of the project will be achieved by implementing the project activities described below: - Organization and Project Management - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development. - Providing safe and healthy working conditions - Providing means of collective protection - Purchase of PPE and special clothing. - Implementation and certification of the standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007; Implementation of the project activities will result in the introduction of new processes for safe and healthy working conditions, and will allow implementation of new systems, practices, tools to develop human resources and labor organization in the enterprise.
