The project aims to improve the working environment in SANI Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management.This project is focused entirely on the development and implementation of new, innovative, more productive, efficient and flexible forms and patterns of work organization, including through the development of organizational systems for managing human resources, health and safety at work and extending working life in terms of better health.In this regard, the project envisages the following activities: 1. Organisation and Project Management 2. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in SANI.3. Providing means of collective protection associated with safety and health at work and improve working and health status of employees.4. Providing safe and healthy working conditions by purchasing personal protective equipment and special clothing. 5. Ensuring benefits for workers, including the repair and equipping of recreation, dining and recreation. 6. Information and publicity.Through the implementation of project activities will create conditions for integration of activities Safety and Health at Work as part of the overall business policy and ensuring sustainable development and greater efficiency of management. With the project SANI focuses on improving health and safety at work and providing benefits. By improving the working environment in enterprise, aims to stimulate sustainable employment and the reduction of occupational accidents and diseases.For this purpose is planned to modernize the management of human resources, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, building ventilation system, buying air conditioners and other collective protection, as well as providing social acquirements- dining room and rest.
