Comfort and safety

Project proposal "Comfort and Safety" is worth 140 714lv and represents the concept of subsidized ensuring of good and safe working conditions in Diagalprint Ltd. by improving the quality of the work environment, work organization and management of human resources, which in turn to reflect positive impact on labor productivity in the enterprise. The project includes a number of measures for improving the quality and safety of the working environment, as set for achieving general and specific objectives leads to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions", namely - access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion. According to the needs and capabilities of enterprise, project planns activities for optimization of management and human resources development, in particular - Practices for easy reconciliation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the project included persons over 54 years of age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes and others. Also, the project provides securing of working environment - in terms of fire safety, climate and air quality, by providing resources for collective and personal protection, as well as solutions for improvement attractiveness of the workplace by providing new benefits for employees. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a project management team and measures for promotion and visualization of the activities realization's results.
