“ES TRANS” OOD operates in autocomplex of 2000 sq.m., property of the company, located in Ruse, which comprises of two auto-salons, car service center, offices, storehouses, auto spare parts, utility rooms, underground parking. The company employs 28 people, 11 of whom are engaged in the car service activity, the rest are administrative personnel and car dealers. The target group includes 6 workers over 54 years of age. The project proposal includes activities for: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age; - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection at the manufacturing; - Improvement of working conditions by provision of new PPE which provide higher level of protection, update of collective protective equipment, provision of training for the staff on specific OHS risks, related to the individual work place. - Provision of social benefits to the workers; - organization and management and information and publicity; In the implementation of all activities the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be strictly observed.
