Good and safe working conditions in STOVI 1 LTD

The project proposal will satisfy the needs of the employees in the enterprise for better working environment and working conditions. Will satisfy the need to extend the working life of employees over 54 years. The project will provide access for people with disabilities to the recreation areas. The project’s proposal will satisfy the needs of the working - disabled people and students to have a balance between their professional and private life. The target group of the project includes all employees now working - 111 of which 36 employees over 54 years and 1 employee with disabilities. Expected results of the project: - Introduced new system for human resource development in the enterprise. - Improving the productivity, improving the resource efficiency and protecting the environment. - Support for people over 54 years old. - Implemented measures for reconciliation between work and family, private life . - Embedding a software for human resource management. - Provided social benefits for the employees- places for rest, dining and gym. The activity that will be implemented on the draft: Activity 1. Organization and project management. Activity 2. Information and publicity. Activity 3. Development, adaptation and implementing a system for human resource development. Sub-action 3.1. Development, adaptation and implementing a system for human resources development. Introducing an innovative model for the organization of the labor in the enterprises aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment. Sub-action 3.2. Implementing a software for human resource management in the enterprise. Activity 4. Providing benefits to employees, including the repair and equipping for the rest places, dining and holiday in the enterprise, sports facilities. Sub-action 4.1. Repair of the recreation rooms, nutrition and fitness. Sub-action 4.2. Equipment for the recreation rooms, feeding and fitness.
