Tabac Com Engineering Ltd. is a specialized company among the market leaders based on years of experience in the construction and development of communication systems, electrical and low voltage networks. The project is the next step in the consecutive and targeted effort of the company to ensure working conditions in compliance with the highest European standards. The company has its own standing goal to improve the quality of the workplaces and the organization and management of the human resources which would be achieved also through this project. At current the employer already provides its staff with occupational safety and health well above the minimal requirements stipulated in the applicable legislation. Through the implementation of the project a substantial improvement of the protection of workers will be achieved by provision of collective and personal protective equipment and special clothing. In addition dedicated dining, rest and sport areas will be equipped in the premises of the company. The activities are aligned with the requirements of the working places, potential threats and occupational risks. The opportunity for introduction of innovative practices and systems for human resources development in the company will be fully utilized with a specific focus on the employed persons aged more than 54 years. For them dedicated activities are envisaged aimed at better reconciliation of private and professional life and amendments in the working time organization in line with their specific needs with the view for prolonging the professional life of the elderly workers. For the achievement of these objectives will be acquired special human resources management software developed and adopted according to the specific needs of the company and its staff. The envisaged activities will also have a positive effect on the quality and productivity of labour in TABAK COM ENGINEERING Ltd.
