Project "Providing better, safe and optimal working conditions in" Air Max "Ltd." aims: "To improve the conditions of work and rest, work organization and resource efficiency in "Air Max Ltd". This objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: 1 To develop, adapt and implement a system for human resources development. 2 To improve the working conditions of workers through personal and collective protective equipment, special clothing and training for specific health risks associated with the workstation. 3. To create the optimum conditions for recreation of the workers and bythis way to increase their motivation to work and job performance. 4. To establish and achieve high standards of work organization, environmental impact and safe and healthy working conditions. These objectives will be achieved through the following sequence of activities: 1: Organization and management of project activities; 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities; 3: Equipment in place for relaxing, dining and recreation; 4: Providing safe and healthy working conditions by improving the microclimate - air conditioning; 5: Providing safe and healthy working conditions by updating the PPE and special clothing; 6: Acquisition of standard BS OHSAS 18001; 7: Development and implementation of systems for optimizing the organization of labor and human resources management; 8: Training employees on specific health risks associated with the workstation. Through the implementation of these activities will achieve the following measurable results: - Progress will be made through the purchase of specific software designed for the specific needs of the company "Air Max Ltd" and introduction of a system for managing human resources; - optimal organization of work ensuring the effectiveness of human resource management - optimum conditions of work and rest, ensuring the health, safety and satisfaction of employees.
