Providing of a good and safe working conditions for the employed in Diel Commerce Ltd.

The project "Providing of a good and safe working conditions for the employed in Diel Commerce Ltd." is developed in relation with a defined need from the company management to improve the working environment and quality of work places of employees. The project is aimed at specific activities to solve problems and meet the needs of the target group (TG). In TG are included all 20 employees of the company. 10 of the employed included in the TG are aged over 54. The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment in the company by providing better safety and health (OSH) and effective and flexible forms of work organization, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and reflects positively on the health of employees, duration of employment, labor productivity in the enterprise, which will be implemented through several specific purposes. The main activities included in the proposal are: - Activity 1: Organization and project management; - Activity 2: Information and Publicity; - Action 3: Ensuring OSH through modernization and repair of production facilities; - Activity 4: Provide social benefits for workers by equipping the dining venues and sports; - Activity 5: Providing OSH by special clothing and personal protective equipment; - Activity 6: Acquisition of OSH standard; - Activity 7: Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise. When performing activities will be used numerous measures to protect the environment. The expected results of the project are linked to create a better working environment by minimizing the risks of danger to the health of employees, optimization of human resources management, establishing a mechanism for self control of the organization, and from there - to increase labor productivity.
