Improving the quality of work positions in "T.R.D." LTD

The company was founded originally as ET TRD - Anton Obretenov in 1999 in Varna with main activity trade with computers and computer equipment. With years of experience and gathered team of electricians, we worked on all cable systems in new construction sites. In 2008, ET TRD-Anton Obretenov's activity was closed and the company continues its activity under the new-founded "T.R.D." LTD. Some of the larger sites where "T.R.D." LTD has completed all cable systems: - IV Ceilings' office and warehouse building, Varna - 2011 - Intercom group LTD's office building - 2012 - trade center City, Varna, Asparuhovo - Stroytrans 2011 LTD - 5-star hotel Terma palace - 2014 - Bon Marin AD's logistics base - Waste processing plant, Ecoinvest Assets AD - complete replacement of all cable systems in the Sports Hall Varna, congress hall Currently we mainly work on residential buildings in Varna and the region. "T.R.D." LTD continues its hard work and professional development, behind which stand a team of qualified staff. Currently the staff's number is 43 people. The company's management realizes that human resource is the most important resource for a company. "T.R.D." LTD constantly is trying to improve the working conditions of its employees, and to improve their professional and health status. The implementation of the project proposal will help the achieving of its purpose. The following project activities are required: 1. Project organization and management 2. Project information and publicity 3. Providing organized transport to and from employees' workplace 4. Providing PPE, specialized working clothes and devices for collective defense 5. Providing social benefits 6. Optimization of the work process and increasing the productivity 7. Training the employees about specific health risks.
