Improving safety and working conditions in "TRIMEKS - Dimitrov, Maximov, Asaad "Ltd.

The project aims to improve the working environment "TRIMEKS - Dimitrov, MAKSIMOV, Asaad" Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. This project focuses entirely on development and implementation of new, more innovative, more productive, efficient and flexible forms and patterns of work organization, including through the development of organizational systems for managing human resources, health and safety at work and extending working life in better health. in this regard, the project envisages the following activities: 1. Organization and Project Management 2. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development 3. Provide means of collective protection associated with safety and health at work and improve working and health status of employees 4. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions by purchasing protective equipment and special clothing. 5. Ensuring social benefits for workers by equipping sites for recreation. 6. Information and publicity. Through the implementation of project activities will create conditions for integration of activities Safety and Health at Work as part of the overall business policy and will ensure sustainable development and greater efficiency of management. With the project TRIMEKS focuses on improving health and safety at work and providing benefits.By improving the working environment in predprietieto, aims to stimulate sustainable employment and the reduction of occupational accidents and diseases. For this purpose is planned to modernize the management of human resources, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, buying air conditioners and other collective protection, as well as providing social benefits - by the equipment room for recreation.
