The specific objectives, such as providing new organizational practices and management systems, human resources, investment in private and special clothing (SROs) and the purchase of collective protective equipment (PSC) will contribute to achieving the purpose of the procedure, namely: "to improve the working environment in enterprises by providing good and safe working conditions .." Target group: employed, including self-employed in "Chrissy Trans Group" Ltd. - 18 pcs. in t.ch.1 self-employed and 3 more than in '54 Planned activities: I.I. Develop a system for HRD I.II. Development and implementation of specialized software for HRM III.I. Provide PSC III.II. Purchase of PPE and SROs III.III. Providing on-site dining and recreation employees V. Activities for the organization and management of the project VI.
