Improving the working environment in the enterprise

The project proposal aims to improve the quality of jobs and the working environment by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. With project activities covered 21 employees, including 1person aged AD 54. and 1 person with decision and recommendation of the LEDC. It will be developed and implemented system for human resource development, which will improve work organization and staff motivation. Will introduce flexible forms of employment in order to reconcile work and private lives of employees, but also for a longer stay in employment of older workers. With the project proposal improve processes for safe and healthy working environment by: - Providing means of collective protection of the personnel-related drop in moving stairs and improve ergonomics at work in the office and production areas of the enterprise. - Purchase of PPE and special clothing of better quality and ergonomics; - Staff training on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention; - Providing benefits for employees, including repair works and purchase of equipment for rooms / dining areas and for short holidays according physiological regimes of work and rest. They will provide information and publicity for the public financing of the project in accordance with the requirements of a manual beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020. Team organization and management of the project activities will make the best possible management of the project in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
