Improving safety and work conditions in the ANDY BG LTD

ANDY BG LTD’s subject of activity is design, equipment supply, installation and maintenance of security systems such as video surveillance and video control;fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems;alarm security systems; systems for access control and time attendance; parking systems; dubbing and disclosure; control systems for buildings; structural cable systems; computer networks; electric installation, etc. The organization has production and trade center ,also administrative building with an area of 3 600 square metres-2 buildings for the company's business-administration with showroom and manufacturing – rental. The company employs 175 persons. The need for the implementation of the project is the willingness of the Organization to improve safety and work conditions of workers. The goal group are all employees in the company, 175 workers,24 are over 54 years. Commitment of leadership is to keep employment at the min. 50% of the goal group for a period of 6 months after the completion of project activities. Project activities include: organization and management of the project; Information and publicity; developing, adapting and introduction of systems for the development of human resources in the enterprise and the introduction of innovative models for the organisation of work, through the development of a strategy for the introduction of new systems, practices and tools for the development of human resources and labour organization. Providing safe and healthy work conditions, improve work and health status of workers by providing a collective means of protection, purchase of PPE and protective clothing. Expected results of the project are: Introduced innovative models for labour organisation aimed at raising productivity; Improved work conditions of 175 workers; Provided the prerequisites for the transition to a low-carbon economy sustainable to climate change, environmentally sustainable and using resources efficiently.
