The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions and the introduction of measures to develop human resources.Target group of this project are all 96 employed in "HEM"PLC.To achieve the targets of the project will undertake the following activities: organization and management, introduction of system and its measures for development and management of human resources, providing a means of collective protection from adverse climate-replacement of metal and woodwork;change entrance door; providing means of collective protection against fire and explosion-construction of lightning protection system with active lightning rod of workshops;purchase of means of collective protection-ergonomic office chairs for admin. staff, purchasing protection PPE and special work clothing for employees;providing social benefits for employees; equipment room for recreation and nutrition; inf.i publicitiy.Expected results: effectively manage projects, purchased and implemented by persons of HR management;developed and approved a program to extend professional life of older employees; developeded and approved a program to extend professional life of older employees; replacement of windows in the workshop "Zagotvetelno -mehanichen - montajen"-region "Zagotovka" Administrative building, replacement of entrance doors-1; introduced measures to improve resource efficiency in the company and environment protection; lightning protection system built with active lightning rod; ergonomic office chairs-17; delivered PPE and special clothing; improved working conditions by providing a new, more modern, more secure, ergonomic, and providing a high level of safety PPE and special clothing; furnished and equipped recreation room and meals, provided social benefits for staff of "HEM" PLC. and create conditions for reconciliation professional and private lives of employees; provided publicity for the project.
