IMPROVING OF THE WORKING CONDITIONS AT "NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS-SELECT-PETKO VATEV" ST

"NTS Select" ST is registered with the decision of the Pleven District Court for FD 3786 / 20.12.1990. The company carries out activities in the field of experimental–production, engineering areas and application of new technologies, development, design, construction, and testing of new products, materials and other. The main activities of "NTS Select" ST are: 1. Manufacture of instruments and apparatus for measuring, verification, testing and navigation. 2. Mechanical processing of metals. 3. Development and production of innovative products for special purposes. Activities to be implemented under this Project are: - Introduction of flexible working time by building of a control system; - Development of career plans; - Training to work with new means of collective protection; - Purchase of means of collective protection and personal protective equipment; - Setting a standard for Safety; - Providing social advantages to workers by building on dining-room, rest rooms, bathrooms, space for outdoor recreation and sports facility; - Improving the microclimate at production workshop by replacement of lighting. The implementation of these activities will contribute to: - Improvement and optimizing the working conditions, by mainly focusing on the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. - Improvement of physical and mental health of employees by creating a healthy and safety working environment. - Increase the motivation to working and reduce stress in the workplace. - Reconciliation of both professional and private lives of the employees. - Extension of the professional working life of employees. - Promote measures to improve safety at the working environment /Directive 89/391 of EU/. - Environmental protection and rational use of resources.
