The project "Good and safe working conditions in the DIKOM Ltd. aims: "To improve the working environment in DIKOM Ltd., by providing good and save work enviroment and by integration of effective forms of human resources management, which going to improve the quality of jobs". Specific aims of the project are: 1. Increase the number of covered employees in DIKOM Ltd. with new practices to develop human resursu and improving the organization and working conditions 2. To improve labor productivity and resource efficiency, by improving the organization of work optimization of human resources; 3. To provide a healthy and safe working conditions, improve work, health and social status of workers; 4. To improve the organization of work processes and working conditions for workers over 54 years. To provide a satisfying and long working life. These objectives will be achieved through implementation of the following activities: 1: Development and introduction of systems of organization of the work, management and human resources development; 2: Providing the collective protection devices to improve work conditions; 3: Delivery of personal protective equipment and protective clothing for workers in DIKOM Ltd.; 4: Repairment and equipment of recreational, dining and relaxation in DIKOM Ltd.; 5: Organization and management of the project; 6: Ensuring the information and publicity of the project; Target group in the project proposal will be included in employment persons in DIKOM Ltd. Plovdiv, numbering 31. Two of them are over the age of 54 employees.
