Kiwi Advertising Agency OOD has a team of office workers and designers, own printing workshop and a team engaged in manufacturing and mounting of external advertising products. The project is directly aimed at solving specific needs and problems of the target group, related to the organization of work and working conditions, at the same time supporting the company in improving its productivity, positive ecologic effects and sustainable preservation of the jobs created. In order to achieve the main objective the project plans for: - Implementation of effective flexible employment measures, improvement of employability of workers over 54 years of age and innovative environmental models of organization of work. - Improvement of OHS by provision of collective protective equipment – for protection against unfavorable microclimate, as well as improvement of quality of lighting in the workplace. - Provision of PPE and special work clothing, which provide higher level of protection, according to the List of work positions for which PPE is required. - Provision of training to the employees for specific OHS risks related to their individual work places. - Improvement of the quality of jobs and motivation of printhouse staff by provision fully equipped rooms for sports and recreation and improving access to the work place for a disabled person, employed at the company. The project proposal includes activities for organization and management, and information and publicity. In the implementation of all activities the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be strictly observed.
