"Yana 2007" - Good Working Conditions

In the last 9 years „Yana 2007” EOOD operates in the field of construction of electrical transmission and distribution electrical and telecommunications networks. The company employs 18 people. The target group includes workers over 54 years of age. The project proposal includes activities for: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age; - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection; - Provision of social benefits to the workers (related to transport for the employed and equipping of a room for recreation and eating); - Improvement of working conditions by provision of new PPE which provide higher level of protection, update of collective protective equipment, provision of training for the staff on specific OHS risks, related to the individual work place and implementation and certification of OHSAS 18001:2007; - organization and management and information and publicity; The project proposal includes activities for organization and management, and information and publicity. In the implementation of all activities the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be strictly observed.
