Improving the work environment in „INEKS TREID“ Ltd.

The goal of this project is to upgrade the mandatory health and safety conditions currently present within construction and commercial company INEKS TREID EOOD. Focused actions will be implemented in order to neutralize the existing weaknesses related to: - Human resources organization and management; - The condition of the personal protective equipment present within the company; - The insufficient provision of collective protection equipment; - The lack of proper conditions and opportunities for on-site meals, recreation and personal hygiene; Conducted analyzes demonstrate that these weaknesses adversely affect employee motivation and worsen quality and productivity at work. The main goal of the project is the improvement of the physical and organizational work environment as a means to achieve increased productivity. The specific objectives to be achieved are related to: overall improvement of human resources management; increasing the levels of personal and collective protection and safety; improvement of the social and living conditions on-site, in the warehouse and on the commercial sites. In order to achieve these objectives, the project foresees the implementation of activities related to: - development and implementation of a human resources management system, including policies and organizational practices for employee recruitment, promotion, assessment and compensation, extension of the working life of individuals over 54 old, improved reconciliation of the professional and private lives of employees, environmental protection and formation of employee eco-friendly consciousness and behavior; - purchase of specialized clothing, personal and collective protective equipment; - training; - purchase of 3 mobile containers equipped for dining, relaxation and the hygiene needs of workers. The project target group includes all 75 employees of INEKS TREID EOOD, including 12 persons above 54 years old and 3 persons with disabilities.
