Improvement of Working Conditions at Viveta OOD

Viveta OOD applies very high hygiene standards in its production process. The company employs 73 people, 35 of whom are engaged in the manufacturing. The target group includes workers over 54 years of age and people with disabilities. The project proposal includes activities for: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age; - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection at the manufacturing; - Provision of social benefits to the workers; - Improvement of working conditions by provision of new PPE which provide higher level of protection, update of collective protective equipment. - organization and management and information and publicity; The project proposal includes activities for organization and management, and information and publicity. In the implementation of all activities the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be strictly observed.
