The project aims to improve the working environment in the company's candidate by providing better and safer working conditions, as well as through the introduction of effective and innovative forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will improve quality of jobs directly and will reflect positively on labor productivity in enterprises. Existing and introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management, investing in safe and healthy working conditions, and ensuring social benefits of employees in the enterprise aims to provide a more productive, safe and healthy working conditions. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators of the project will be achieved by implementing the described project activities below: Organization and Project Management Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions Provide means of collective protection Purchase of PPE and special clothing. Providing benefits for workers in the enterprise; Implementation of project activities will result in the introduction of new processes for safe and healthy working conditions, and will allow implementation of new systems, practices, tools to develop human resources and labor organization in the enterprise.
