Basic activities: 1. Project management. 2. Development and implementation of a system for human resources development in "Venus R" Ltd. 3. Purchase and use of modern and ergonomic PPE and special clothing, which improves the working conditions and health of workers in "Venus R" Ltd. 4. Training of employees of "Venus R" on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention. 5. Information and publicity of the project. Expected results: The project responds to the needs of the target group - the need for flexible forms of employment and training and staff development in order to improve their knowledge and skills to prevent risks in the workplace and the environment. Investing in modern and ergonomic PPE and clothing will ensure a higher degree of protection from accidents and reduce occupational diseases. The result will be increasing labor productivity and introducing innovative models of work organization aimed at satisfying the needs of the target group and the environment, ensuring its resource efficiency.
